The affected product has the article numbers 201.521.58, 305.781.89, and 601.636.02. Why is this product not safe to use? Due to a production error, identified after an internal investigation, indicating a risk of small metal pieces detaching during use and subsequently being ingested with the food, What should customers do? Customers who own an affected garlic press should immediately stop using it and contact IKEA for a full refund. Additionally, IKEA encourages customers to spread the word about this recall, especially if they know that the recalled product was offered, lent or sold to someone else. We would like to provide you with an important safety update on the Bugaboo Giraffe high chair. We have identified that when an infant is seated in the baby set on the high chair, the legs of the chair can detach from the frame if the screws connecting the legs are not properly tightened by the consumer during assembly. This detachment can occur due to the opposing forces created when an infant’s thighs press upward against the seat while their feet push downward on the footrest. This presents a falling hazard. Safety is paramount to ensure the well-being of our customers and their children. In order to decrease the potential for incorrect installation of the screws, we have developed a Repair Kit. This Repair Kit includes a new Allen key, revised screws and a manual. The replacement can be carried out safely by the consumer. We have created a self-service portal on our website, where consumers can immediately order a free Repair Kit (expected delivery within 1 to 2 weeks). Consumers who have already purchased the Bugaboo Giraffe high chair will be able to validate the serial number and receive the required Repair Kit (new Allen key, revised screws and manual). We recommend consumers replace the current screws by the revised screws of the Repair Kit using the new Allen key and by following the manual. Even if you believe your current screws are installed correctly, we would recommend that you follow this procedure. |

Voluntary Recall of Pressurized Steam Generator Irons We would like to inform you that we, Versuni, are going to perform a voluntary recall on end consumer level in some countries in Asia-pacific, including Malaysia, starting Nov 12, 2024. This recall is focused on a specific date code of Philips PSG8030/20, PSG8130/80 and PSG9050/26 pressurized steam generator irons sold in Malaysia. Per the date of this report from this batch five incidents have been reported to Versuni, none of which from Malaysia. The cause of the incidents was that the welding seam of the boiler split open along the welding seam of the boiler which generates the steam due to a manufacturing issue, leading to two minor injuries. The products were all from the same range of date codes. As a responsible company, Versuni considers the safety of the users of its products of utmost importance. This means that we will perform a voluntary recall of the three model numbers mentioned above from retailers and consumers. This recall will be limited to the specific date codes 2421, 2422 and 2423 (YYWW, eg 2421 is week 21 of 2024), a total of 1583 sold by Versuni in Malaysia. We will reach out to the consumers by means of social media and direct e-mails and we will request our retailers to reach out to known consumers directly. We will replace the affected pressurized steam generator irons with an equivalent product or refund the consumer for the amount paid for the product. |

Voluntary Recall of a Battery Pack We would like to inform you that we, Versuni, are going to perform a voluntary recall on end consumer level in some countries in Europe and in Asia-Pacific, including Malaysia, starting Wednesday, October 2, 2024. The voluntary recall is focused on the battery packs of the products "XC2000 and XC3000 Series Vacuum Cleaner Sticks" – model XC2011 & XC3133 from PHILIPS. At this time, a small number of cases (4 cases which was 0.005% of the total products sold 73,662 pcs.) have been reported in EU of the battery pack overheating after it experienced a severe impact, such as a severe drop or series of drops. So far there is zero incidence in Malaysia, but we are offering the solution free of charge replacement of the battery. The risk evaluation of the manufacturer concludes at this time that the product-related risk is low. As a responsible company, DAP B.V. (a Versuni company, licensee of the brand PHILIPS) considers the safety of the users of its products of utmost importance and with our unwavering commitment to improve the quality and reliability of our products, DAP B.V. Fisher Price is recalling the dumbbell toy in the Fisher-Price® Baby Biceps Gift Set. Fisher Price has received reports that the gray caps on the end of the dumbbell toy can come off, posing a choking hazard to infants. No injuries have been reported. Please immediately stop using the dumbbell toy, take it away from young children, and contact Fisher-Price to receive a refund.
